"This was the worst airline I have ever flown on!! Not only did you make me wait at the airport for 8 hours before leaving, but had very little news on when the plane would depart. I am very disapointed and expect my 250 Euro ASAP"

"My friend and I were the only people to be chosen to measure our cabin baggage. Although it fits properly, the crew was very rude to us, and didn't help us with the luggage at all. We had to go back to the end of the line, while everyone was staring us. That was an unnecessary and embarrassing situation."
