"CheckIn: Didn't have to check any bags, so we were able to use to self-check in with no line. Very easy when I typed in my confirmation number, but when I tried to scan my card it pulled up someone else's credit card info and flight information."

"Surcharges comments: I was 2 minutes late for check-in due to the nature of my work I had no bags whatsoever the check in desk would not even try to get me on the flight, if they had made a call or just tried to see if they could get me through I would have accepted the situation as BA, Ryanair and Easyjet have done in the past"

"Aircraft: The music played in the cabin cut in and out in a very annoying way. The track played on take off was actually quite obscene in English and probably wasn't a good choice."

"The plane was 45 minutes late, and we were grounded on the plane for 2 hours before we could even leave Madrid, all for a 55 minute flight."
