"Modern planes and flights from new impressive Barcelona terminal. Seats are leather but do not have much room - feels very cramped."

"there was about an hour delay of take off and was not in any way compromised. It was very hard to understand the english language of the pilot and the stewatess."

"this is by far this worst airline I have ever travelled on its not the plane but the support staff, they did not send our baggage with the flight and they absolutely refused to send it to our hotel in Barcelona, we were forced to go back to the airport at 8.30pm , what if we had connecting flight? and could not make it!
Our Hotel in barcelona ( 3 - 4 star rating) had never heard of an airline who stuffed up not sending the bags to the hotel as a matter of course.
The staff were rude and unfriendly at Barcelona airport.
How these people are in a service industry is beyond me.
I am from Australia and no business like theres would survive with treatment of customers they way they treated us.
One of the managers at our Barcelona Hotel had also advised us about how bad this airline was.
I feel as though I should send a letter to the Spanish consulate in Australia
