"delay: no information and very late airplane. Please inform better what the possibilities are. Do not inform ONE person per time, but ALL the passengers in one time. That is more efficient and people don't have to wait so long."

"CheckIn: There was a very long line due to other flight departures from same company. Personel did not select people from the line who were to leave first, which made me miss my plane. One person before me they closed check in, after waiting in line for 20 minutes and people for later flights being checked in. The flight was overbooked so i was not able to go at all, but did not get any compensation, since the company refused to let me check in. I was late, but still in time and if organised better would have made my flight. I took the next flight to Barcelona, was waiting as from 2 hours before departure and was only checked in after more then an hour! Only an hour before flight leave (20 min for check in left) an other check in employee came to help out."

"The vueling employees and flight attendants were some of the rudest people I have encountered. They were completely unhelpful and at time just plain disrespectful. I can speak Spanish pretty well, but my sister who was with me can't and they refused to speak to her in English once on the plane. It wasn't that they couldn't speak English because I heard them use the language, they were just rude to her. They lost the flight information of another friend of mine who was traveling in our group and then blamed her for not booking the flight. Later when they found her in the system no apology was given. Another woman informed another of my traveling companions that she needed to "use her brain." I don't think there is any reason for such disrespect and inconsideration. Just because we were not middle aged adults doesn't mean we are not adult at all and we should be treated as such, especially when we are giving our business to a certain company. This was our return flight, but our flight there with a different company was more than enjoyable and they were overly accommodating to any needs we had. This flight, however, was the complete opposite. One of the worst flights I've had."

"CheckIn: We arrived to the airport 1.5 hours early and there was a huge line wrapping around the check-in area because there were no employees on duty. We waited in line to check-in for at least an hour. When an employee finally did show up, there was only one, and then eventually 2 to handle all of the customers waiting in the long line. They lost the information of a traveling companion of mine which took her even longer. Also, the employees working the desk gave us the wrong information about the flight and was completely rude."

"The seats are incredibly crammed, very bad communication on and off the flight, and both flights were delayed with bad communication. The crew's communication was very unprofessional where they rattled off in both Spanish and English in incomprehensible way at bullet speed."

"Aircraft: They were generally new so that was the only saving grace. But they were boarding people immediately after the last person was off the jetway so i doubt that they had any time to 'clean' anything."

"Surcharges comments: when i come to make the checkin, the woman ask for me to pay another 20 euro, i explain her that i already pay everthing, that what wae wriiten in the ticket you gave me.
after i show her the eticket she agree to take "just" 10 euro, but i dont understand why!!!!

"the flight was ok but i thought the services to make customers comfortable whiles enplaned was bad.The tendency to milk customers is awesome..vueling needs that improvement since they have too many hidden charges like chec-in baggages"

"CheckIn: i think vueling needs to be a bit flexible with the size dimension as they make it practically impossible to send what could in most flights qualify as a hand luggage.they may allow one luggage check in as well, as done for most flights to various destination like KLM and co."
