"We were delayed already inside the aircraft by almost four hours without any information provided to us. The flight attendants didn't offer any drinks or snacks whilst we waited."

"Aircraft: It was quite old, the seats weren't very comfortable, there was no in-flight entertainment at all, they had run out of all snacks by the time they reached my aisle. The delay was due to an aircraft maintenance issue."
