"There was a delay of 3 hours, which meant we didn't arrive in Madrid until midnight. I had specifically booked the flight to arrive earlier in the evening, at a convenient time after work, so this was an inconvenience. But I was very impressed with the speed in which staff forward food vouchers to customers during their wait."

"CheckIn: The gate number was not posted on the digital screens at the time it said it would on the boarding cards, over 20 mins late. Got extra time for duty free shopping, just a little ease not knowing."
