"CheckIn: On line check in fine. Boarding poor - organise boarding from the centre seats if front and rear staircase in use, otherwise board rear seats first. Manage overhead storage more effectively with small items placed under seats."

"As always it's cramped and the seat doesn't go back, but all staff were lovely and curteous. A little worried by the noise of something before and after take off!!"

"This ticket was issued for a lady and her son. Her check in was delayed because the staff didn't find the name of the child at the check in desk. However late on the child's name was found by the customer service staff. This airline didn't allow the lady to check in 2 bags once she was travelled with the son and she was charged £18 for extra bag."

"Children: The lady and her son was very tired because in the control they had to remove belt and shoes and put it again then rushing for the lounge way to get the airplane."

"Aircraft: We had window seats and watched a significant amount of fuel leaking from the right wing during the take off. Aparently this was due to the aircraft being overfueled and the excess fuel was pressed out from an extra chamber in the wing but this was only revealed by the pilot 15 minutes after we've alarmed the steward and needless to say we've been very scared and didn't have a very relaxed flight."
