"As usual the flight was delayed. We were to arrive London Stansted at 0950hrs but we arrives at 1100hrs. Need to work on punctuality.
I dont have any problems with your 1 hand luggage allowance but i think it should be 1 hand luggage and your handbag. you dont expect me to put my travelling documents inside the suitcase hand lugage. Please review and advise."

"CheckIn: I spent nearly 45mins on the queque. The flight from Amstedam to London Stansted gave no room for on line check in. The self check in machines dont work."

"Plan was dirty and had to clean off previous passengers food before i could use the seat. Don't think overhead storage had ever been cleaned."
