"Aircraft: For a flag airline there was lack of space. I would expect the same space on a low cost airline such as ryanair, but TAP does not charge like ryanair. Had a much better experience with british airways. Also, the air stewards are normally arrogant and moody."

"Incidents: Not only the flight was delayed about an hour. After going through the boarding gate, and being taken by the bus, we reached the aircraft and had to wait on the bus for about 20 minutes (additional to the time waiting by the gate due to delay)."

"CheckIn: We missed our flight by one day as we had the dates mixed up and were charged full fare to buy the same flight the next day. Where as our Qantas flight was re booked and we were only charged a re ticketing fee! We would have liked some more help here"
