"in both ways flights wer much delayed. The flight London Lisbon was delayed for over two hours without proper information to travellers.
There was a too long waiting in a bus on the way to the aircraft in Lisbon.

"Luggage handling: Excellent in Lisbon, but very bad at Heathrow's airport... the staff made a mistake handling the luggage and the passengers had to wait probably an hour or so"
