"onyl complaint is we asked ro a veg meal & were told no meals served but they served a snack sandwich which had chicken in so couldn't be eaten - a stewardess gave up her own lunch - this shouldnt' be necessary. Not sure if the problem was with TAP or e-dreams.."

"CheckIn: Although we got to Heathrow in good time, we were told that the flight was overbooked. We had to wait til an hour before the flight before we were given seats - negating the benefit of getting there early."

"Incidents: AS well as the overbooking problem, I was unable to order vegetarian or gluten free food - this option isn't available at booking, or check in (online in advance or at the desk). So my son and I (both vegetarian) and my wife (coeliac) could not eat on the flight. Perhaps eDreams would like to reimburse us with the cost of the food we had to buy as a result."
