"Luggage handling: You need to give some feedback to Ataturk Airport about Visa/passport control. What about signs saying 'You need to prurchase a Visa before going through Passort control. I queued all the way to fron to be told to go and buy a Visa. I then had to start again!"

"Incidents: We accidentally left some luggage aboard when flying into Istanbul. We went to the lost property office in Ataturk airport and waited while someone retreived it for us from the over head locker aboard the aircraft. Lovely service with kind people in the office there. My thanks to the staff in the office in the airport in Istanbul."

"No vegetarian meal on outward bound flight and no obvious way to book one. Booking 2 veg meals on way back took 5 emails but was successful. Plane homebound was very old."

We did have a very good flight with Turkish Airlines. Thank you. However I do have concerns reguarding the amount that your company has charged to my debit card. We were happy to find a reasonably priced flight with your company and like I say our complaint is not with Turkish Airlines but with yourselves. There was no warning in our booking that we were going to be charged such a ridiculous amount on our debit card. So can you please explain why we have been charged so much for what was quite a low price booking and could you please do this as soon as possible.
