"Surcharges comments: Luggage was not included even though we were told it was included. Subsequently we wer charged £90 for two bags. Swiss air told us that dreams are ripping people off all the time with misleading information."

"Surcharges comments: When i booked online, i actually called up to ask if a suitcase was included in the flight price and was told, by someone whose first language was not english, the yes, suitcase was included. £62 for my suitcase !! NEVER again. From now on, British Airways ALL the way. I feel so ripped off."
