"no mentioned made of cost of excess baggage when ticket bough. Checking personnel rude and arrogant "person at desk no. 10 from 10.20 am to 10.55 am". Refused help. "Stated he did not care I was disabled" Threatened not to chck me in". Also Area K at Terminal One is unfriendly for siabled people."
