"Luggage handling: How about including luggage in the price of your ticket or at least when booking making it very clear that there is an extra charge. I had no idea until we arrived that there would be an extra cost. I almost didnt have enough money as I wasnt aware. Then I was shown it in the small print! Later discover that KLM have bad repuation for overbooking and double selling seat. on the flight back, they sold our seat and we had to get a different BA flight the next day. We got home 24 hours later than planned. I was meant to pick up my kids on arrival back to UK, I had to make lots of different logistical arrangements causing lots of stress for me, my partner, their father, my children, and grandparents. Outragious! We had some compensation, but no where near enough for the aggrevation, stress caused and loss of working time. KLM are more concerned about profit than customers. I will never fly with them again and everyone I know will be told how bad they are."
