"CheckIn: Yes, there was a "self check-in" machines, and we did get our boarding passes there, but what's the point of it, if we had to stand for 2 hour in a giant queue for the baggage drop. After an hour, security guys started to call people, who's flight time was closer - so it means, if you do arrive to the airport way ahead, you still can't go through the security, because people, who are late, just jump in front of you!!! It totally does not encourage to be in the airport on time! (our flight was at 6:30PM, me and my boyfriend arrived at the airport around 3:30, went to the security gate around 5:20 - no planned quiet lunch before the flight) Another issue - when we were about to drop our suitcase, the person that served us was a trainee (why somebody would do training in most busy times, when people waiting in the queue are already so annoyed?). It took her 15-20 min to serve each person! Outrageous!!!"

"Luggage handling: Again, apart the luggage drop-off point at Heathrow terminal 4, which was a total disaster, the rest of the journey was OK."

"CheckIn: No check-in laelled on screens at airport. Went to self check-in and couldn't as it was close to boarding time. Had to ask someone what to do."
