"CheckIn: I went to the airport for this flight and was informed at the gate at boarding time that the flight was cancelled due to snow in Milan. We were then told to go to T2 transfer desk to get new flight information. After queueing for 1 hour and 10 minutes we got to the front of the line and were told that we were at the wrong desk, we should go to Baggage Claim 16. I walked 20 minutes to baggage claim 16, and queued for 30 minutes. When I got to the front of the queue I was told to go to a different desk. After walking 15 minutes to the correct desk which was the KLM ticket desk, I was told that I needed to contact my agent (e dreams) to get the refund. So KLM made me waste 2 hours of my time, and didn't even attempt to get me onto a new flight."
