"KLM is now my preferred Aiway with no doubt, perfect solving with overbooking issue last flight, perfect treat from the staff, no much delays everytime I take one of their planes, so far so good!"

"CheckIn: Boarding is a bit caotic, I prefer when the board is done from the back to the plane to the front. It is faster.
In the way AMS-MAD everything is quite good, but in the way back (MAD-AMS) is was slow and full of queus
