"CheckIn: No information about the delay - just came on the board as please wait; once we were boarding several people could not board because they thought the flight was full. Check in itself was quick and efficient."

"CheckIn: I checked in online then turned up to find the flight canceled - boarding number changed and scheduled half an hour later. That was ok but there was not real acknowledgment of this from the staff and no compensation. The flight then took longer than expected to board so we were further delayed by half an hour. It seems there was not enough time allowed between announcing the gate and expecting people to board. The later also happened on the way back - we were delayed."

"Aircraft: The music was really annoying - I know it was there to calm people but when it's a bumpy landing is irritating. I also wondered if all the plastic cups etc. are recycled?"
