"Incidents: The descent into Madrid was bumby and scary which had passengers including me, screaming. A male passenger beside me was hyperventilating and clinging to his seat. At one moment, the aircraft felt as if it were falling from the sky. The weather was not great, but that descent was really very rapid and scary. I was happy to have come off that flight alive."

"I'm used to traveling in low cost where everything is clear and you know you pay extra for everything! Flew 3 day after change of policy and it was awfull! I had to pay extra for the luggage (not clear at all at the website, there were plenty of people that, just like me, we're forced to pay with no previous warning)! I'm not repeating the experience! Oh and they even had a sentence on their monitors saying "don't worry be appy" what?!"

"Surcharges comments: What I wrote before, I had to pay for my luggage which wasn't clear on the website.... I tried to support a Spanish company and what do I get? Very disappointing... And then your seat is automatically given so I had to enter the airplane and start asking if anyone wanted to switch places! I was lucky it was a window seat!!!"

"The flight got delayed at the departure in Brussels not knowing the reasons first they announced a delay of 1.40 minutes, then they made us board after two hours and we remained on the plane one hour more before the actual take off. There were no beverages served for free not at the airport (they were saying we needed to have a delay of at least 2.30h which of course was not the case. In this situation the company can at least offer a drink for the passengers even if it is water!"

"What strikes me, is that there is no vegetarian option in the snacks. All 4 sandwiches have meat?? A cheese sandwich or one with vetetables should be an option in all modern air companies!"

"Aircraft: I am 175cm tall and sadly there was not enough space for me legs so I could not sit properly! I am not even tall, MANY men are much taller than me, so this was a BIG disappointment."
