"first of all i was not happy because Ryanair charged me £70.extra at the Southend air port.I printed the ticket when i booked on line.and when i was at the air port Ryanair staff said that i need the ticket the one i printed was the confirmation.this because my friend printed this page same day and did not read even easy jet did not make any problem and gave me the boarding card.The lady who was at the counter is not friendly and very rood to the customers.There was nothing mentioned you have to £ 70.hope to get my money back this amount is not reasonable I had only hand luggage nothing else.hope Ryanair will teach the staff how to talk to the customers."

"My wife and I had priority boarding and had to stand for an unnecessarily long time in freezing conditions on the tarmac. When we were instructed to board, passengers who had not paid for priority boarding then tried to overtake and run ahead of this small group of older and disabled passengers. More priority should be afforded to those who pay and more control should be exercised over those who have not paid."

"Aircraft: Berlin to London flight was not full. We attempted to move back a row as it was very cramped with our heavy winter overcoats and boots etc.etc. There were very many empty seats. We were told to move back to our seats as it would unbalance the aircraft !!"
