"Surcharges comments: I can't remember how much I was charged for paying by credit card, but I was charged. I was also charged at the desk (on the outband flight) for excess of weight. I think the amount charged was excessive and I didn't like the way I was treated. I will really try to avoid by all means to travel again with Rynair."

"It was my worst flight EVER!!! 2 hours delay for boarding, another 1 hour waiting in the plane for take off, after arrival in Madrid 15 minutes waiting for the doors to open as the ground crew didn't show up!!! After all that not even a complementary drink! I was more than 3 hours late!!!"

"checking suitcases at the airport was a terrible, really unprofessional and rude staff on the desks. Paid £25 for five people to be able to board the plane first which was very badly organise so it was a waste of money."

"Surcharges comments: This has been the 2nd and last time I book a flight with Ryanair.
It is unfortunate that a company treats you as nothing, as I did the check in on line but at the time of printing the boarding pass, it came out of my printer the reservation details instead, wich I didn´t realise until I get to the airport.
The air hostess recognised that the check in was done and my details in their data base, but I had to pay anyway 40 pound.
Unvelivable!, as I said, and believe me, "second and last time"
I live in London and fly to Madrid at least once a month and I´ve never seen something like that.
They didn´t stop selling things and talking in the 2h flight, not letting you rest at all and charging for everything.
