"considering the cost of the flight, the food was terrible. All they gave was an option between a tuna roll and an egg roll.... both of which I don't like. It would have been nice to have a hot meal considering we were flying at dinner time. If not they should have at least provided plain rolls and some butter."

"I was disgusted to see that there were less than 50 people on my flight. BA have the cheek to publish an inflight magazine explaining how environmentally friendly they are. How can the company send planes in the air with that few people on. I assume that because there are 3 flights from Lisbon to London a day, that the passanger statistics are similar around this time of year for all of these three flights. Aren't there people paid lots of money to find things out like this?"
