"Flight was canceled and we had to queue for a long time for a rebooking. I got rebooked on a flight in the morning at 5 am with a stop in between. Given that my trip was only for two days. I wasted alot of time on the flight and not actually on the and so it was not good value for money."

"CheckIn: Good only because the Business check in line was vacant and the check in person was kind enough to handle my luggage drop-off. Otherwise I would have been at least 40 mins in the luggage drop-off line with my 6 year old son and elderly parents."

"I've used TAP air on my flight back Portugal-London, and was really pleased with the staff efficiciency and friendliness. We've even managed to arrive 25mins ahead of schedule!"

At Portugal: instructions were only available in Portuegse and screen not user friendly making it impossible for non-native speakers to use that option.
