"CheckIn: I still find Terminal 5 confusing. I had a pre-printed boarding pass and only hand baggage but still had to ask where to go.

I used the right hand security check area and it was empty - the left one had a long queue!"

"Aircraft: Airbus 320 - do not choose the emergency exit seats over the wings as the seats do not recline. This was a bit of a pain on the 4 hr flight.

food was "not very good"

Duty frees were nearly all run out on the return flight"
