"The flight was delayed, then cancelled without any explanation. They sent us back to the check in area, wothout giving any explanation whatsoever. The queue was extremely long and the hotline was so busy I lost all the battery of my phone trying to get to anyone giving me a solution. I had to go back home and rebook the flight for the next day. I lost one day, a lot of time and money. I want a compensation."

"CheckIn: I don't know why but the last couple of BA flights did not give parents with children the option of boarding first. This is always helpful for parents."

"Children: Would like to board with children before all other passengers. Many passengers not particularly helpful when a parent is trying to sort out children. It's also good to have bags above seat for convenience and if we board after others then I would need to walk down the aircraft to get a bag. Just not convenient with a child."
