"CheckIn: The flight was ok.
However when it came to changing our flights through no fault of our own. We had to pay a further 70 euors, I personally think that this is not good as I had already paid you £243 for a return flight !"

"my son is a 17 year old CHILD/TEENAGER he was 3 minutes late on his outward flight from Gatwick to Amsterdam on 4th August and they wouldn't let him fly,,,,,,,, a CHILD ,

"CheckIn: BA is often late, flight are delay/cancelled, we all know the pa-lava we had to endure the last year(s) with BA, the least they could have done is let a child have his flight so he could go and see his family. When my son called me to tell me about his flight I asked if I could speak to one of the supervisors/service desk/stewardess I was bluntly refused. This was rude and childish"
