"Incidents: Plane had a 45 minute delay due to bad weather in London. This was identified on the check-in board, staff at check-in and the lounge kept me informed. cockpit staff were courteous and apologetic. It's better not to have a delay, but your staff could not have done more for me."

"Flight late arriving by 45 minutes. Waited onboard the plane for 20 minutes while stairs were organised to disembark passengers at Heathrow. One rather tastless biscuit is not what I class as a 'snack'. Seat did not recline - easyjet again next time!"

"CheckIn: I want to also comment on EDreams customer service. My Eticket took some while to turn up so I emailed EDreams and almost immediately I received an email from a Sara Gutierrez at EDreams who was able to answer all my questions and even promptly responding to my second email. I found their customer support excellent and would use EDreams again based purely on this."
