"The reservation did not say only one suitcase was allow per passenger. So the $50,00 charge for my second suitcase came as a surprise at checking in."

"CheckIn: Checkin was very friendly and helpful. Our luggage was a "little" over as we had been on a 5 week holiday and he, (BA) were generous in allowing it through. Thx."
