"The service was not bad and we were served some decent andwiches. There was some delay and the flight was bumpy but it was pleasant to arrive at Terminal 5 in London, reserved for BA flights only, as it i a pleasant and well-designed terminal."

"CheckIn: The machines for automatic check-in for those only with hand-luggage were not working. A bit overly fussy about millimeters more or less on size of hand luggage. Overall okay apart from self check-in machines out of order.."
