"I have a BA Silver card unfortunately a mugger stole my bag a day before I was due to take the flight. All my cards were stolen.
Train your staff properly. Respect and welcome should be shown to customers.

"CheckIn: I arrived at the BA Check in desk the Blonde woman sitting (she was nto busy) was rude, disrespectful and very unapproachable. She told me that I have to pay for my suitcase which is a cabin size and it fit. Arrived at 16h10 and the flight was delayed but she told me that I have to run but when I arrived at the lounge section all passengers were waiting and there were lots more people arriving later than I did.
I am 68 years old and I was not well hence the reason my cousin came to help me.
I cannot understand how BA can employ someone who is so rude, disrespectful and heartless and she could see that my left hand was in bandage. I had fell a day before my trip.
I don't think I would board a BA inn the near future. Virgin, Qatar, Cathay Pacific and other airlines staff volunteer to help and make your trip a pleasure

"CheckIn: I missed the flight just because of 15 minutes late arriving after check in time. They didn't let me check in and offered me to pay 200 £ more to go with 4-hours-later flight. I paid 220£ and went by Air France which was 1-hour-later.
The only reason of being late was just because of awful train service in Paris airport that you should change train for Terminal 2 and train was very very slow and the gates didn’t open by your train tickets and we opened in by force!!! All of this killed my time! Maybe I shouldn't have thought that Paris Airport has fast facilities like Heathrow and shouldn't rely on my misjudgement.
