"CheckIn: BA did not have anybody at its counter at the transit area. We came from Senegal and had to wait 45 minutes. We are both diabetic and have risk of Hypoglicemic attacks, if we do not have our regular meals and medications."

"Luggage handling: It lasted 24 hours for the two suitcases to arrive from the time they arrived on a later flight in the country. Since we only stayed two nights in UK, we suffered from not having our luggage and in fact had to pay 50 pounds over weight for luggages not haveing made use of during our stay."
