"Aircraft: Never, ever, and I mean ever, have the coffee on an Alitalia flight. It is absolutely and unequivocally the worst coffee I have ever had. Even with much sugar and (powered) milk, it is completely undrinkable. It is an absolute offence to the senses, to the extent that the coffee I had on the return Alitalia trip (thinking the first experience I had on this outbound flight was a one-off) made me feel physically sick on a first tasting. For an Italian airline, this is a crime, and to call it 'coffee' is fraud."

"CheckIn: no check in was allowed but only 3 hours before flight..I had to pay for luggage storage. Lady at check in was not very helpful"
