"The most terrible lady ever in charge at the Gate. Wrote her name down but then decided it was not worth it. I had a handluggage bag that fitted the requirements but did not go in properly as the one foot stuck out and she insisted she was boss, and it had to go in the hold. So while my bag was light not oversize but went halfway down she insisted it had to go all way down and said either the bag goes in the hold or I dont go on the flight. terrible lady. And I took photos of it half way down and bags of other people MUCH larger which could never fit. Just a huge attitude problem there and she should take lessons in customer relations"

"The flight departure was delayed by 90 min!
On arrival in Frane we had to wait for 40 min before we could be taken off the plane due to lack of ground crew preparation. Overall >2 hours delay which had a significant impact on my day as I was in Paris to attend a meeting, just for one day!

"Not too impressed but the service was ok and for a 40 min. flight there was no need for much. But the worst was the cancellation from air france to fly back from Paris, I had to get Eurostar for twice the price of both travels, The lack of information at Orly was desastrous!!"

"CheckIn: At London heathrow there was Long, very slow and unorganised queue, I had the boarding pass ready and wanted just to drop my luggage, but i still had to wait nearly 45 min to do so, what point is it in checking in online?
At Orly it was desastrous, no one could tell me where to drop my luggage and when I got there all queues didn't know who to adress to for theire flight, I was told that my ticket was annuled and then was re activated giving me a different seat... At the end the flight was delayed and then cancelled...

"Incidents: when the flight back to london was cancelled we were taken back from the bus to the terminal and the lady in charge was struggling to explain what were the options... I do understand how difficult it is to deal with angry passengers, but i had to call her aside to give me the info i needed and that took only 5 min. when i left they were all still there trying to get sorted. I had to be back to work so I got my partner on the phone to book me the next train to paris(eurostar) and had to run and I paid an extra £172 on top of what a already paid from this site. still waiting for a response. Basically the people handling from Orly airport wasn't good at all. I will never fly from or to Orly!"

"Aircraft: I have found a passport of a previous passenger who left it in the back of the seat. It is unbelievable that people who cleaned and checked the aircraft did not find it before."

"Luggage handling: I have not received my luggage yet !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My flight was cancelled so they got about 20 of us on another flight and they didn't not board our luggages !!!! It's been almost a week now and I never received my suitcase. My Christmas was ruined and I have important books and note bookes in my luggage that I need urgently to revise my exams"
