"CheckIn: I am very unhappy with your staff's attitude while waiting on board. They just put me and my friends aside and did not let us on aboard without any reasons. I was tried to ask the staff at least 10 times but she just did not answer and look at me, her attitude were very very bad. I will consider to travel with your airline again in the future."

"CheckIn: The check-in was only open 1 hr before the flight and then staff kept walking away to get a coffee and when boarding, one of the staff actually walked away with a passengers boarding card to get her coffee mug..6 mins before our due departure time"

"Incidents: There was no clear statment that wine should be put in the luggage or box when check-in, and not allow to carry into the aircraft even we bought it in Santorini.
It's really frustrating that the ariline service staff didn't give any help to us and we have to abandon our wine in the airport for catch up the plane."
